RAF AZARIA<\/span><\/h3>\n

(Piano & Synth Solos, Slide and Electric Guitars)<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u201cI come from an environmentally conscious family \u2013 where my upbringing was greatly influenced by a mum who used to march down the streets in protest against nuclear weapons, who cared about animals and the environment and the future of our planet. I feel that this UPF project further continues that quest and purpose \u2013 through music \u2013 to bring a positive change to this planet. I humbly thank Mark for this great opportunity.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n


\nRaf is a talented and up and coming musician from Adelaide, South Australia.\u00a0He is proficient in piano\/ keyboards, guitar, bass, violin, vocals, mandolin, piano accordian and any other stringed instrument you can throw at him!<\/span><\/p>\n

He has been playing music since the age of 6 \u2013 initially being taught piano by his mum \u2013 and later on progressing to achieve his Bachelor of Music (Performance) degree from the University of Adelaide.

Orianthi Panagaris<\/p><\/div>\n

Some Highlights of his Career include:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Teaching Orianthi who went on to play for the one and only Michael Jackson<\/span>
\n– Taught at numerous schools, colleges and Tafe SA<\/span>
\n–\u00a0Chief composer, guitarist and keyboardist in Adelaide band Innuendo \u2013 and recording a full length CD titled State of Reality in Sydney \u2013 this band also featured talented singer Cavan Te Ratana.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Winning 1st prize in Battle of the Bands in 2001 with his song ‘Do You Believe In Him’<\/span><\/p>\n

– Qantas Corporate show<\/span>
\n– \u00a0Hyatt Regency, Stamford Grand Glenelg, Hotel Adelaide, Arkaba<\/span>
\n– Special Guest appearance for Adelaide 36ers<\/span>
\n– Opening for the New Parliament House Camberra with the German Choir<\/span>
\n– Numerous festivals, pubs and clubs interstate and overseas.<\/span>
\n– Performed extensively with numerous bands. Tours around Melbourne and Sydney including The Felix Bar St Kilda and Kardomah Club in Sydneys Kings Cross<\/span>
\n– Corner Hotel in Richmond<\/span>
\n– Numerous wedding appearances<\/span>
\n– Has played for Bowen Family Funerals<\/span>
\n– Produced music for a film documentary soundtrack<\/span>
\n– Produced music for local Adelaide musicians<\/span>
\n– Produced music for commercial jingles.<\/span>
\n– A Session Muso with airplay on Nova 91.9<\/span><\/p>\n

– More recently featuring as pianist for the Adelaide Carols by Candlelight 2017 under conductor Graeme Press and accompanying singers Dami Im and Samantha Jade.<\/span><\/p>\n
